Our Story
Amanvida was born out of a passion for a natural and conscious lifestyle. The name "Amanvida" comes from two words: "Aman," meaning peace or tranquility in Sanskrit, and "Vida," Spanish for life. Together, Amanvida represents a peaceful and tranquil life.
It all started in 2008, when the founders of Amanprana, Bart Maes and his wife, wanted to offer a new and online way to buy Amanprana products. Amanprana was founded with the vision of offering the best that organic has to offer with "food as medicine." Their commitment to quality and health led to the creation of Amanvida, a web shop that carries the same values and offers a wider range of organic products.

Our house brands are proudly manufactured in Belgium whenever possible. Exceptions are products that cannot be made in Belgium and Ladrôme Laboratoire, which is manufactured with the same dedication in France.
In addition, we have more than 100 other carefully selected organic or ecological brands. Each of these brands has a strong story and a clear mission, which fits perfectly with Amanvida's values.
Quality and careful selection
We take the time and effort to ensure that every product we offer meets our high standards. For cosmetics, we use INCI testing to evaluate ingredients so you don't have to. All of our products are carefully selected based on their ingredients and effectiveness. You can be confident that everything you buy from Amanvida has been chosen with care and attention.
