Fermented red wine from biodynamic agriculture
This natural product is produced by slowly fermenting red grape wine in oak barrels. These naturally contain the right bacteria for perfect ageing. With red grapes, the skins of the grapes are also included in the fermentation process. This gives the wine vinegar its red colour and contains more tannins than white wine vinegar.
