Product Description

Omega 3 6 9 7 – Okinawa Omega Eicosan Perilla

Good for treating inflammation

Eicosan Perilla is ideal for treating recurring or chronic health problems (e.g. chronic infections, allergies, etc.). This omega 3 6 7 9 oil contains the largest amount of omega 3 from the Amanprana Okinawa Omega oil range. It has an omega 3/6 ratio of 3:1. This ratio makes the Eicoson Perilla oil suitable to quickly correct omega 3 deficiencies and to fight inflammation. The herbs and spices in the oil compositon combat the effect of pro-inflammatory eicosanoids, thus quickly treating inflammation or similar issues.

Flavour: The Garam Masala spices give it a spicy flavour

How to use Eicosan Perilla:

Shake well before use.

Never store in the fridge. Some of the oils solidify at cold temperatures.

You can take omega 3 6 9 7 oils before, during or after eating.

Eicosan Perilla is effective at absorbing the nutrients regardless of how it is consumed. This is because the composition of the oils in the Okinawa Omega range are carefully designed to support absorption. The Eicosan Perilla oil contains vitamins and carotenes which support the absoprtion of omegas. Without these natural vitamins the absoprtion of omegas would be limited to 5 to 10%. As such, Eicosan Perilla can be consumed in a variety of ways to cater to your preferences.

This omega 3 6 9 7 oil should not be heated during the food preparation process, but you can add it to a hot dish after it has been cooked. You can also add omega oil to a salad dressing or stir it into mashed potatoes or tomato sauce after serving.

To make it more child-friendly, a teaspoonful of Eicosan Perilla can be mixed into a glass of fruit juice (not suggested for those with sensitive bowels), vinaigrette or a pottle of yoghurt.

Never consume omega oils with fruit; it can cause problems for those who have irritable bowel syndrome or similar issues.

How much Eicosan Perilla is recommended?

✔ For general health: 1 teaspoon per day (5g)
✔ For peak condition & therapeutic use: 1 tablespoonful per day (to remedy ailments or deficiencies)
✔ For therapeutic use & temporary benefits (short term use: 6 to 12 months): 2 to 3 tablespoonfuls per day

For how long should you use Eicosan Perilla?

To treat inflammation of allergies, it is advisable to take this oil as a 'cure'.

For a short course (2 to 3 weeks), take 1 - 2 teaspoonfuls 3 to 4 times per day.

For a long course (6 to 12 months), take 2 to 3 tablespoonfuls daily. Build up the dose slowly and reduce intake slowly at the end of the course.
