Why do people get addicted to nasal sprays?
Usually you can use a nasal spray only for 7 days. With prolonged use you create a ‘rebound effect’: the blood vessels will be even more open and the mucous membrane is thicker than it was before you started using a nasal spray. This gives you a congested feeling in your nose. The only solution is to use the nasal spray again... thus the addiction has set in.
How do you kick a nasal spray addiction?
You buy 3 things: the nasal spray, a bottle of saline solution and a jar of Rudolf.
Mark the volume in the bottle of nasal spray. After you use some nasal spray, add the saline solution until the bottle is full again.Do this every time you use the spray. You will gradually notice that the nasal spray is not doing its job as well as before, but you will also notice that you no longer need to use the spray so often.
At a certain moment you’re using nearly 100% of the saline solution. After a while you’ll stop using the spray. Then start using Rudolf.
You do not need a lot, for this herbal balm to be efficient. Use sparingly.
