Amanprana's delight of premium cider vinegar
Apple vinegar (or apple cider vinegar) is the juice extracted from the pulp of mashed apples. These apples are organic and of premium ( = very best) quality. The recipe is an old Italian family recipe since 1962. Amanprana's Premium cider vinegar is unpasteurized and unfiltered (i.e. naturally cloudy) and has an acidity of 5%.
Unfiltered apple cider vinegar with the Mother
The unfiltered pressed juice of these apples ferments very naturally. In this process small flakes are formed which settle at the bottom of the bottles. This sediment is known as "the mother of vinegar". It contains useful enzymes, vitamins and folic acid. Apple cider vinegar was already used in ancient times to detox the body and achieve a natural balance.

Fill your glass with 1/3 organic apple vinegar and 2/3 pure water (250 ml). Of course this pure natural product is also delicious on fruit and vegetable salads as a dressing or use it as a basis for a vinaigrette.
