Alpin Blond Light is the perfect ingredient for a protein rich, low carbohydrate diet.
For 2 persons
300ml rice-almond drink/milk
100g Alpin Blond Light
1 dash of saffron (if you like saffron)
1 dash of cinnamon powder
Heat up the rice-almond drink with the Alpin Blond Light and cook. Add the Gula Java Safran to the mixture. Add the extra dash of saffron and allow the mixture to warm and bubble for 5 minutes. Stir from time to time.
Turn off the heat and let rest.
Serve in a bowl or desert glasses and finish with a dash of cinnamon powder.

Recommended quantity: 1 to 6 tablespoons or more a day.
Use it to enrich your meals. Add to your meals or sprinkle on top of drinks, yoghurt, etc. (See tips for more suggestions).
It can be eaten like muesli or as an afternoon snack
1. Pour over cold or warm grain milk.
2. Mix in some nuts and seeds, or jazz it up with some fresh fruit.
3. Round it off with a sprinkling of Gula Java Saffran or Cacao, or perhaps a drizzle of maple syrup.
It's the perfect substitute for porridge (the recipe is exactly the same).
Sprinkle in drinks or muesli, in soup, yoghurt, sauces, pasta, rice, potatoes or on vegetables, salades and bread (do not heat).
It gives the meal a delicious and sweet taste.

Oatmeal Power with Gula Java Safran and Alpin blond light wheat germs
300 ml rice-almond drink
Bring the rice and almond milk to a boil with oat flakes and wheat germ, and add the Gula Java Safran. Turn the heat down. Add an extra pinch of saffron to the mixture and leave to warm and swell for five more minutes. Stir occasionally.
Pimp your granola with Alpin blond light

Makes 2 – 4 servings
6 tablespoons of your favourite (homemade) granola
6 tablespoons Alpin blond light
Put all ingredients in a glass jar and mix well. Put the desired quantity in a breakfast bowl and add milk or yoghurt for a healthy breakfast.
Store in a cool and dry space.
Super muesli blend with Alpin blond light
Start your day well with a few tablespoons of the super muesli blend below. You can make this blend by mixing all of the ingredients in a glass jar.
The mixture keeps well for several weeks. Store in a dry and cool place.
6 tablespoons Alpin blond light
Optional: 1 tablespoon of your favourite granola for that crunchy sensation
