“Extra virgin” is a mark of quality. It implies that the olive oil meets certain European standards.
However, not all extra virgin olive oils are the same. Flavour differs. Nutritional value differs. Quality differs.
Because of its superior quality, Amanprana’s extra vigin olive oil Verde Salud does not oxidise when reaching a temperature as high as 180 °C.
Olive oils of lesser quality already oxidise at 135°C.
Find out in the video below how the tasteful Verde Salud olive oil is made.
I always used Bertoli in my kitchen, but using Amanprana’s Verde Salud has made a world of difference. My dishes are creamier and just much more delicious. Verde Salud, to me, is the champagne of the sparkling wines.

The Catalán brothers produce, press and bottle everything themselves.
The attainment of quality starts right from the olive trees, granted 36 sq m each, i.e. twice as much space than usual.
As their hacienda stands in the middle of their olive plantation, the hand-picked crop is pressed within six hours of being harvested.
The pressing process is solely mechanical, under gentle pressure and at less than 25°C.
Meet the Catalán brothers and their olives in the video below. You can practically taste the delicious olive oil.
Best olive oil I've ever tasted. I never want to try another brand.
