Bona Mel organic eucalyptus honey is harvested by our bees in ecological hives at about 1,000 meters altitude, in the middle of the eucalyptus forests of the Sierra del Norte Natural Park in Andalusia (Spain).

This particular honey has a medium clear, reddish color and an intense aroma with wood and vanilla notes. The taste is sweet with a subtle salty accent, providing a rich and surprising flavor experience. The honey is harvested in June and July and quickly crystallizes into fine crystals, a natural sign of quality and purity.
