Hibiscus has a beautiful, vibrant red colour. 

Starters: Add a good pinch of petals in your tabouli, quinoa salads, dressings, raita (yogurt sauce), mayonnaise and other salad dressings.

Hot food: spice it up with a dash of your petals preparing omelets, and add in the end of the cooking process of rice, pasta and baked vegetables.
