The Making Of

All The Bridge products are made using only 5 simple steps:

1. The rice, almonds and oats are put into the spring water
2. The mixture is heated and cooled down again
3. The necessary oils and salt is added
4. The rice milk is stored and sterilized
5. The bottles are filled, and ready!

80% Spring Water

Each rice drink consists of 80% water. The water used comes straight from an Italian spring in the mountains around Lessini. This makes water the most relevant ingredient when making flavourful grain, nut or rice drinks.
