What Are Thre 3 Pillars of the Amanprana Botanico Mixes?

• Sumac Berry
  Sumac is a red berry that is refined into a red purple powder and is used in hummus, kebab, fattoush and za'atar. Sumac has a rich aroma, has a bitter taste and has been used for hundreds of years for both culinary and medical purposes in the Middle East
  
  
• Seaweed
  Each spice mix contains 4 seaweeds from the unique 4 Algae, namely nori, sea lettuce, kombu and dulse. These seaweeds are unmissable ingredients in each Botanico spice mixes.
  
  
• Khoisan Fleur de Sel
  'Don't use less salt, use better salt', says Amanprana. Kitchen salt contains natriumchloride and several chemicals to prevent clunters, to remain dry and to stay white. Khoisan Fleur de Sel, however, is 100% natural and goes through a natural filtering process.
