Content: 80% perilla-*, 15% red palm-*, 4.5% wheat germ oil*, 0.5% Eicosan oil* (ginger, yellow root, rosemary, chamomille, clove, koriander, cinnamon). And nothing more.

Never store in the fridge. Some of the oils solidify at cold temperatures.
You can take omega 3 6 9 7 oils before, during or after eating.
You can take in the oil with nothing else or add it to a glass of vegetable juice, a pottle of yoghurt, vinegrette or mixed with mashed potatoes or tomato sauce after serving it. The oil should not be heated in the preparation process of your food. You may add it to a warm dish when already served.
For a short course (2 to 3 weeks), take 1 - 2 teaspoonfuls 3 to 4 times per day.
For a long course (6 to 12 months), take 2 to 3 tablespoonfuls daily. Build up the dose slowly and reduce intake slowly at the end of the course.
