We are always available via email at info@amanvida.eu and we aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days.

Does Amanvida have a physical store?
No, Amanvida operates exclusively online.
For customers who wish to pick up their order, we can arrange this. Please contact us at info@amanvida.eu to arrange a pick-up time during our business hours (Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm).

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it according to our return policy (https://www.amanvida.eu/nl/algemene-voorwaarden).

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, if your package has not yet shipped. Please send your order number and updated address to info@amanvida.eu as soon as possible .
If the package has already been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. However, you can return the package according to our return policy (https://www.amanvida.eu/en/terms-and-conditions).

We deliver to most countries within the European Union, as well as Norway and Switzerland.

Delivery times vary by region:

Other EU countries: 2-4 business days
Orders placed before 12:30 pm will be shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:30 pm will be shipped the next business day.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the value of the order, destination and customer type. These costs are clearly displayed in your shopping cart during the checkout process.

No, you can checkout as a guest.
