SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

  • Where does Amanvida deliver?

    We deliver to most countries within the European Union, as well as Norway and Switzerland.

  • How long does delivery take?

    Delivery times vary by region:

    • Belgium, Germany: 1 business day

    • France, Netherlands, Luxembourg: 1-2 business days

    • Other EU countries: 2-4 business days

    Orders placed before 12:30 pm will be shipped the same business day.

    Orders placed after 12:30 pm will be shipped the next business day.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping costs depend on the value of the order, destination and customer type. These costs are clearly displayed in your shopping cart during the checkout process.

    For a complete list of shipping costs, please refer to our shipping costs document. The most recent shipping costs are always available in your shopping cart.

  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you have an account with us, you can also view your order details and tracking information under "My Account."
