• Big-eye tuna (Big-eye) - Commonly used in sushi chains and slightly less fatty than bluefin tuna.

• Yellowfin tuna (Yellowfin) - Recognizable by its beautiful pink color and firm texture. Found in sushi, steaks and canned.

• Albacore (Albacore) - Has a lighter color and milder flavor. Often used canned, as well as steak.

• Skipjack (Bonito or skipjack tuna) - The most commonly used canned species, with a distinct flavor and darker meat.

Fish4Ever works with the Azores fleet, known worldwide as the first plastic-neutral fishery. In 2022, this fleet removed more than 620 kg of plastic from the ocean, which is 1,241 times more than their own plastic waste.
