TRIFOLA E MENTA - Mushrooms with Mint from Funghi Valentina are preserves based on mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) and flavoured with mint. During preparation, the product is chopped together with the ingredients, so that the product is easy to spread or to use as a tasty seasoning.

During preparation, the product is finely chopped together with the other ingredients, soft to spread and easy to mix as a condiment. Besides the mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), this product contains extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, onion, lemon juice, salt, garlic, pepper and bay leaf.

The CONSERVA DOLCE by Funghi Valentina consists of organic, finely chopped mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) which have been cooked. The peels of organic orange and lemon are first candied, after which the mushrooms are added. What results is a coarse cream, which can easily be spread like a jam.
