Gusto Organic Fiery ginger with chipotle soda: a spicy lemonade for ginger lovers

Ginger is becoming more and more popular. While it was first and foremost an exotic seasoning in the kitchen, we now enjoy ginger tea and ginger shots en masse. Of course Gusto Organic Drinks had to add their own ginger lemonade to their soda range: the Gusto Fiery Ginger with chipotle lemonade

A surprising ginger soda made from 100% natural ingredients

This spicy ginger lemonade combines ginger extract from Nigeria and Indonesia with fresh ginger juice giving you a massive ginger kick. The spicy ginger is skillfully balanced with the smoky spiciness of Mexican chipotle. 

Everything is sweetened with fair trade apple juice and blue agave from Mexico and is 20% lower in calories than regular soft drinks. Blue agave or sukrin is a natural sweetener that is sweeter than sugar. It already contains 25% less calories than sugar and because it is so sweet, less of it is needed.

Ginger soda, as versatile as ginger juice

Ginger juice is popular, but we are convinced that this ginger soda from Gusto Organic also ranks high. The taste is surprising and fresh. This is really a soft drink for adults. Recipe: Dark ‘n Stormy cocktail

Ingredients:

• 60 ml brown rum
  150 ml Gusto Organic Fiery ginger and chipotle soda
  1 lime (for 30 ml of juice and a portion for garnish)
  A slice of ginger (optional)
  A dash of sugar water - to your own taste (optional)

Preparation:

Fill a glass with ice. Shake the rum with the lime juice and possibly some sugar water in a cocktail shaker until it is ice cold. Pour the rum over the ice cubes into the glass. Dilute with the Gusto ginger lemonade. Stir briefly and cheers!
