Omega 3 6 9 7 – Okinawa Omega Happy Perilla Special

Happy Perilla Special omega 3 6 9 7 oil contains evening primrose oil and pumpkin seed oil.

Happy Perilla Special gets its name from perilla oil, which contains more alpha-linolenic acid (omega 3) than linseed oil.

Unlike Okinawa Omega Happy Delight, Happy Perilla Special does not contain sunflower or linseed oil, but it does have the same 1:2 ratio of omega 3 and 6.

Flavour: Has a citrus flavour but is milder than Happy Delight

How to use Happy Perilla Special:

Shake well before use.

Never store in the fridge. Some of the oils solidify at cold temperatures.

You can take omega 3 6 9 7 oils before, during or after eating, whichever you prefer.

This omega 3 6 9 7 oil should not be heated during the food preparation process, however, you can add it to your hot dish after you have finished cooking it. You can also add omega oil to a salad dressing or stir it into mashed potatoes or tomato sauce after serving. 

To make it more child-friendly, a teaspoonful of Happy Delight can be mixed or stirred into a glass of fruit juice or a pottle of yoghurt, for example.
