What Are the 3 Pillars of the Amanprana Botanico Mixes?

Each Botanico Mix has a unique composition. There are three pillars that are prevail througout all the Botanico Mixes because they support the effects of the spices:

• Sumac Berry
  Sumac is a red berry, that is refined to a red purple powder and is used in dishes such as hummus, kebab, fattoush and za'atar. Sumac has a rich aroma, has a bitter taste and has been used for hundreds of years both for culinary as well as medicinal uses in the Middle East.
  
  
• Seaweeds
  Each spice mix contanis 4 kinds of seaweeds namely the nori, sea lettuce, kombu and dulse. These seaweeds are unmissable ingredients in each Botanico mix.
  
  
• Khoisan Fleur de Sel
  'Don't use less salt, use better salt', is what Amanprana recommends. Regular kitchen salt is natriumchloride and contains several chemicals to prevent clotting, to store it dry and to remain white. Khoisan Fleur de Sel, however, is 100% natural and goes through a natural filtering process. Only 5% of the total amount of seasalt chrystalises in Fleur de Sel thanks to the unique weather conditions.

You can use this mix in combination with the other Botanico mixes. A great complementing mix is the Curcumax Botanic Mix. Curcumax combines turmeric, the super spice from Asia, with sumac, the wonder berry from the Middle East.
