The eucalyptus radiata is a large tree native to Australia. The tree bears characteristic, long and slender leaves. The leaves of Eucalyptus radiata emit a peppermint scent when crushed.
How do you use this essential oil?
- Massage: take some neutral vegetable oil in the palm of your hand and dilute 5 to 6 dr essential oil in it. Massage according to the affected area on the throat, chest, back, around the ears (in case of nasal problems and sinusitis: on the nostrils, forehead and cheeks).
- Steam bath: dilute 2 drops in a bowl of hot water. Inhale two to three times a day for a week.
- Diffusing / evaporating: spraying for 15 to 30 minutes to disinfect and freshen the ambient air
