France and especially Provence has always produced the best true lavender essential oil. Scattered bouquets of true lavender with their narrow, ash-green leaves and purple-blue flowers are mainly found between 800 and 1600 m altitude. The yellow essential oil with its delicious, warm and harmonious scent is a winner in perfumes and cosmetics.

How do you use this essential oil?

• Massage: To relax and appear serene, some neutral botanicals
  Place oil in the palm of your hand and dilute 5 to 15 drops of essential oil in it. Use this to massage the solar plexus, the soles of the feet and the spine.
  For minor burns, sunburn, cuts, eczema or insect bites: dilute 50 to 60 dr essential oil in 100 ml maceration oil of St John's wort: massage locally or apply the mixture via a warm, moist compress.
  For muscles: put some neutral vegetable oil in the palm of your hand and add 5 to 15 dr of essential oil
  dilute. Massage locally.
• Spray: Spray for 15 to 30 minutes in the living room or bedroom before going to sleep.
• Bath: To relax, dilute 10 to 15 dr of essential oil in a suitable emulsifier (neutral bath oil) and add to a warm bath. Bathe just before going to sleep.
