The blossom complex 'Peaceful Night Spray' is a combination of the following 5 blossom remedies:

- Agrimony (Agrimonia eupatoria)

- Aspen (Populus tremula)

- Pine (Pinus sylvestris)

- Vervain (Verbena officinalis)

- White chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum alba)

How to use this Peaceful Night Sleep spray:

Spray twice under the tongue, 4 times per day

For children from 6 years old, you can spray a little in a glass of water to obtain a diluted and drinkable solution.  Since they are made according to the instructions of Dr. Bach with a biological cognac, the floral elixirs complexes have an alcohol content of 40°. They are therefore not recommended for pregnant women and children under the age of 6.
