These fine, green olives from Mani are of the Konservolia variety, also known as Amfissa olives . They come from the hills of Delphi, have a mild, fruity taste and are so soft that they almost melt in your mouth. Mani knows how to preserve the pure taste of these precious raw olives by marinating them in organic extra virgin olive oil, coriander seeds and pink pepper and vacuum-packing them immediately.
Pink pepper is actually not a pepper, but a berry that tastes aromatic and looks beautiful because of its red color. You can find them in almost every pepper mix these days. Coriander seed is milder in taste than coriander and has a sweet smell.
