MANI is the first to market an organic olive oil with a high polyphenol content (350 mg/kg) and a powerful antioxidant effect. The high polyphenol content is due to the careful harvesting and processing of the young olives. At the same time, this olive oil convinces with its fruity, intense taste.
The natural polyphenols in olive oil are molecules that are bio-absorbable and bioactive, which gives them many health benefits. Polyphenols belong to the family of antioxidants and have an anti-inflammatory effect, absorb free radicals and protect the blood lipids against oxidative stress. Of the various types of vitamin E, α-tocopherol is the most useful for us and it is precisely this vitamin E that is found in this olive oil, with a content of 24 mg /100mg.
Only the best olive oils have a high content of polyphenols! With a polyphenol content of 350 mg/kg, this virgin olive oil has a noticeable positive effect on the whole body. Additional virgin olive oils such as those from MANI also contain a high proportion of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids. The beneficial effect is most noticeable with a daily (moderate) intake of the olive oil.
