The basis of this uplifting Kombucha Ginger & Matcha by Mattisson is matcha green tea supplemented with organic ginger. Due to the special double fermentation process, only 0.2 g of residual sugar per 100 ml of cane sugar remains in this Kombucha.
This kombucha is not pasteurised and therefore preserves all good living organisms.

Kombucha is made with fresh tea, cane sugar and a live ferment or 'scoby'. This is a culture of bacteria and yeasts full of antioxidants, B vitamins and probiotics. It's removed from the drink after the fermentation process. The beneficial properties and bacteria i.e. probiotics remain in the drink.
