Everything starts with a good breakfast! Preferably with some fiber, since that is needed for good digestion. Many people do not manage to eat enough fiber. This is often the case for children. The result is abdominal discomfort and irregular and/or hard, constipated stools. Sprinkle the spelt germ over the children's porridge, yogurt, muesli, or breakfast cereal, or put it in their smoothies. You enrich their breakfast in a very easy way. Or add it to sauces, pasta, rice, potatoes, vegetables and salads. They will love it!
Spelt germ enriched with spelt bran from Amanprana are raw. The raw materials are never heated above 45°C in the whole production process. As a result, all the active nutrients are preserved, and the germ and bran are still full of lifeforce. It should be clear: adding more raw food to your meals is highly desirable, since we eat too much cooked food.
A compostable, resealable bag with organic zip closure protects the spelt germ against oxygen and light. The outside has no plastic and is made of alternative paper from leaves and stems. The zip closure and inside of the bag are industrially compostable!
Spelt bran has a very fine structure, and you can therefore easily add it to porridge, yogurt, muesli or a smoothie. Sprinkle it in beverages, soup, and sauces or over pasta, rice, and potatoes, as well as on vegetables, salads and bread, or just eat it by itself. 1 to 3 teaspoons or more per day
Important: do not heat the spelt germ and bran with the food, but add it afterwards!
