These noodles consist of 95% buckwheat and 5% sweet potato. With regards to taste, they fit perfectly with the savoury umami flavours of Japanese cuisine. Use | Bring a pot of water to the boil. Add the noodles until they are completely soaked in the water. Bring back to the boil and then put the fire on half power. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Drain the noodles in a colander and rinse with cold water. |
