Organic cakes sweetened only with apple juice

All types of organic cakes are only sweetened with apple juice. Only in the Rye & Ginger variant are candied ginger pieces with (organic) cane sugar. The other cakes get their sweet, rich taste experience of essential orange oil, pieces of dark chocolate, dried banana or fig.

Sprouted cereals increase the vitamin content

The grains in TerraSana's vegan cakes are partially sprouted, preserving many nutrients and even increasing the vitamin and mineral content. Moreover, sprouted grains are more easily digestible due to the enzymes that are activated during the sprouting process.
