Ingredients (for 4) :
For the pesto
Make the pesto by blitzing the walnuts and the pine nuts in a blender. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Add the olive oil the basil leaves and the salt to the walnut and pine nut mixture.
Blanche the tomatoes for a minute and then peel. Gently heat up water for the spaghetti. Meanwhile brown the pine nuts in a pan.
Steam the finely chopped shallot in a pan with a little oil, then add the cubed tomatoes and a pinch of salt and cook for a few minutes. Add the Bio Oat Cuisine and cook through for a minute. Remove from heat, add the pesto and stir.
In the meantime, cook the pasta until it is al dente, drain and stir through the sauce. Serve in a pan with roasted pine nuts and fresh basil leaves. Bon appetit!
