Candles of Munio Candela are hand poured with soy wax. This is a plant-based wax from the oil of soybeans. A renewable raw material and biodegradable. Soy wax is non-toxic and burns much cleaner than paraffin wax. Soy wax also does not heat up as quickly, so your candle burns out slower and lasts longer than a paraffin wax.
