This organic coffee is grown using agroforestry methods and naturally dried on African beds, revealing a round, balanced profile. In this year’s harvest, we find gourmet notes of milk chocolate, sweet spices, and grapes. A sensory journey that combines tradition, sustainability, and pleasure in a single cup. 

In the heart of the Jimma Highlands, in the Gomma District, coffee trees grow at altitudes between 1,900 and 2,000 meters, amidst dense, pristine forests.

This unique terroir, the cradle of the ancient Heirloom varieties, is cultivated using agroforestry methods: coffee trees grow alongside large shade trees, which promotes biodiversity and naturally enriches the soil. This marriage of nature and tradition results in a harmonious organic coffee—both smooth and complex—that expresses all the richness of its origin.
