Plant-Based Proteins are Easy to Digest and a Great Addition to Your Recipes

A vegan protein powder is gentle on the digestive system. Protein powders are made out of ready-to-use amino acids. Your body has to work less: whole proteins do not have to be converted into usable amino acids first, the amino acids are delivered immediately.

Put differently: your body receives a supply separate building blocks and you don’t have to first break down the ‘building block wall’ to be able to recycle the building blocks and re-use them. With a protein powder your body can get to work with the new amino acids right away.

Recipes or Mocha Frappuccino with Roasted Peanut Protein from Motion Nutrition

  • ½ portion vegan protein powder
  • 125ml of oat milk
  • 100ml of cold coffee
  • 1 tbsp. of cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla powder or vanilla extract
  • 1 – 2 dates
  • 10 ice cubes

Mix all the ingredients in your Vitamix or Blendtec.

Recipes for Pancakes with Protein Boost from Plant-Based Proteins

Good for 8 large pancakes, serves 2 – 3

  • 140 g (gluten-free) flour
  • 50 g Roasted Peanut Protein from Motion Nutrition
  • 10 g baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 300 ml vegan (plant-based) milk
  • 1 egg of 1 flaxseed egg or 1 chia seed egg
  • 50 g melted coconut oil

First mix all your dry ingredients, make a little well in the middle and add the ‘liquid’ ingredients. Mix well.

Recipe for Protein Rich Cocoa Peanut Butter

Make your own protein rich chocolate paste with coconut oil, vegan protein powder and raw cocoa powder.

  • 2 tbsps. extra virgin coconut oil
  • 1 portion Roasted Peanut Protein from Motion Nutrition
  • 2 tsp raw cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp honey
  • 5 almonds

Optional: roast your almonds first for 15 minutes in the over at 150°C for a more outspoken flavour.

Mix all the ingredients in your Vitamix or Blendtec.

An Omega-3 Rich Breakfast Recipe with Vegan Protein Powder

Omega 3 rijk ontbijt - Roasted Peanut Protein van Motion Nutrition

Start your day with a delicious breakfast for a fresh and sharp mind.

Be sure to try this recipe if you love exercising. Proteins are a great foundation for strong athletic performances and are easy to digest.

Give yourself a boost to start your day right.  Make this breakfast and seize your day!

What do you need?

  • 40gr of oats
  • 250ml of organic milk
  • 1 portion of Motion Nutrition “Roasted Peanut Vegan protein”
  • 30gr grated sweet potato
  • For serving: add 1 tbsp pieces of walnuts, 1 tbs chia seeds and 1 tbs pealed hempseeds

Preparation:

Put the oats in a pan, pour 120ml of hot water over it. Put a lid on the pan and wait 5 minutes. Add the grated sweet potato and the organic milk. Put a lid on the pan again and lower the temperature. Stir the mixture for about 5 minutes. Then mix the in the protein powder.

Serve with walnuts, chia and hempseeds.

You can also use this vegan protein powder to make your shakes or use it as an added flavour for in your dishes.

As shake:

Mix one portion / scoop of the powder with 200 – 250ml of water.

Shake for 30 seconds.
