Lemon with Yuzu soft drink: a feast of citrus flavours

Yuzu is a citrus fruit native to China and Tibet. This knobbly, small fruit resembles a lemon or a small grapefruit and has a taste that is between mandarin, lemon and pomelo. Through their refined scent and delicate flavor, Yuzu has already won a place in many Michelin-starred cuisine around the world.
