You can login at the top right of the home page: Click on the profile icon. You can now enter your email address and password, click on login and you are ready to continue ordering. -
Hoe verander ik mijn wachtwoord?
You are completely free to choose your password.
A combination of letters and numbers that is difficult for anyone else to guess is obviously best.To change your password, first log in with your current e-mail address and password.
On the left, under 'My Account' you will find the section 'Dashboard'. Under your contact information, check 'change password'. -
How do I make an account?
Through https://www.amanvida.eu/nl/customer/account/create/ you can create an account.
We do not ask much information from you, only your name and email address.
You have the option to subscribe to our newsletter with tips, news and recipes.If you can't make it through the link above,
go to the top right of the site and click on the profile icon. Go to "Create Account.On this page you can enter your address, email address and self-selected password.
Your account will then be created and you can continue shopping and ordering. -

Eens je ingelogd bent vind je links onder 'mijn account' de rubriek nieuwsbrieven. Klik onder abonnementoptie de algemene inschrijving aan of uit.
Via onze nieuwsbrief delen we graag gezondheidstips, nieuwe producten, recepten en andere weetjes met je. Daar een overvolle mailbox niet past in een serene levensstijl, beperken we het aantal mails doorgaans tot 1 à 2 per maand.
Na het plaatsen van een bestelling ontvang je tevens informatieve mails, met de bevestiging van je bestelling, de factuur, en de nodige informatie om jouw zending op te volgen. Deze staan los van de nieuwsbrief.

How do I change my email address?
Once you have logged in ( https://www.amanvida.eu/en/customer/account/login/ ), you will find your email address under contact information. Click ‘edit’ to change your email address and then click save.

How do I request a new password?
Via https://www.amanvida.eu/en/customer/account/forgotpassword/ you can request a new password.
Did you forget which email address you used to login? No problem! Shoot us an email at info@amanvida.eu with the details you remember, such as your name, address, telephone… and we’ll look it up for you.

How do I change my address?
Once you are logged in you will find the "Address Book" section on the left under Account information. Here you can change both the billing address and the shipping address.

Kan ik mijn bestelling wijzigen of annuleren?
You just completed your order, but you forgot something? Or would you have preferred something else anyway? No problem! Contact us directly at info@amanvida.eu or +32 (0)3/620 27 12. As long as the order has not left our warehouse yet, we can still change or cancel it for you.
Is your order unfortunately already on its way? Then the normal return costs apply.

Can I pick-up my order?
Unfortunately, Amanvida does not have a store where you can pick up your order. However, many of the Amanprana products can be found in the local nature/bio shops.
Don’t hesitate to contact us for an overview of the point of sales in your neighbourhood.

Can I change the delivery address after receiving the order confirmation?
Did you notice that the delivery address is wrong after completing your order?? Unfortunately, you cannot change this yourself anymore. Please contact us as soon as possible via info@amanvida.eu with the correct delivery address and order number. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can still change the address.

Can I have my package delivered in a parcelshop?
Amanvida has partnered with DPD for their delivery service.
You can have your package delivered in a DPD parcelshop.
By having your package delivered in a Pick-up Parcel Shop, you will have the certainty that your package is available to pick-up when it suits you best thanks to the flexible opening hours.
All Pick-up Parcel shops are at very least open every Tuesday to Saturday.
Your package will be stored at the parcelshop for 8 days after it has been delivered. After this, your package will be sent back to us. In this case, the package needs to be sent to you once again, with additional shipping costs.

When will my order arrive?
Voor 12.30 uur besteld en betaald? Dan wordt jouw bestelling dezelfde dag nog klaargezet en meegegeven aan de transporteur. DPD doet er alles aan om je bestelling de volgende dag te leveren binnen België, Luxemburg en Nederland!

An overview and tracking of my orders?
Eens je ingelogd bent vind je onder 'Mijn account' de rubriek 'Mijn bestellingen'. Hier tref je een overzicht van jouw bestellingen en de status.
Zodra jouw bestelling is overhandigd aan de transporteur, ontvang je tevens een mail met een link om jouw bestelling te volgen.

Hoe kan ik mijn bestelling betalen?
Betalen bij Amanvida doe je in een veilige omgeving. De transacties die je uitvoert bij Amanvida worden namelijk beveiligd door SSL, wat staat voor Secure Sockets Layer. Dat het om een beveiligde pagina gaat, kan je zien aan de URL met https://.
Alle online betalingen worden afgehandeld door MultiSafepay, een payment service provider die gespecialiseerd is in het veilig verwerken van internetbetalingen.

Bij een betaling via manuele overschrijving, duurt het 2 tot 3 dagen voordat Amanvida je betaling ontvangt. De levertijd van je bestelling wordt bijgevolg ook met 2 tot 3 dagen uitgesteld.

Payment failed or refused?
Is your creditcard declined? You would like to place an order and pay with a credit card, but you receive a message that your card has been refused. We want you to receive your package as much as you do, but we sincerely hope you understand that we have to carry out checks, for both our and your safety. When your credit card is refused, we will immediately reimburse the reserved amount. You can then simply replace your order. Your iDEAL payment failed? Did your payment via iDEAL fail? Please check whether the amount was withdrawn from your account. The amount was not withdrawn? You can place a new order immediately. The payment was not processed. The amount has been withdrawn from your account but you still have not received a confirmation mail one hour after placing your order? Look up your order number. This number is always mentioned in the details of the withdrawal in your banking records. Please contact our customer service and provide us with the order number. We will assist you further.

How do I redeem my gift certificate or discount code?
If you have a gift certificate or discount code, you can enter it in your shopping cart before checkout. To do so, click on 'Apply discount code'.
Then enter your received discount code and click on 'Apply Discount'.
The amount of your discount code will then be automatically deducted from your final total. You can now proceed to checkout.

How can I receive my order if I am not at home during the day?
You can have your order delivered to a Pick-up Parcel shop delivery point near you. There you can pick up your package during opening hours at a time that suits you (also on Saturdays and sometimes even on Sunday mornings). You can pick up your package within 8 days after delivery at your chosen Pickup Parcel shop, then your package will be sent back to Amanvida. Did you enter your own address, but you're still not at home? The DPD employee will visit you 1 time with your package. If you are not at home when the DPD employee visits, you will be informed by means of a bill that the DPD employee will put in your mailbox. The note will also tell you at which parcel shop you can pick up your package. -
Will I be kept informed of the status of my order?
Yes, we make sure you know where your package is at any given time in the delivery process. After placing your order and executing payment, you automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order and payment..
As soon as your parcel is on the way, you receive another e-mail.
In addition, you can log in on our web shop, using your account details and follow your parcel through the web shop itself.

I have not yet received my package. Has it been sent?
When your package has left with DPD you will receive a confirmation email. However, if you have not seen this email, you can still see the status of your order via your Amanvida account. Click on the profile icon at the top right, log in with your username and password and click on the 'my orders' button on the left, there you will see the status of your order and shipment. Don't have an Amanvida account yet? Send an email to info@amanvida.eu, we will check with DPD for you. -
Return policy
Return shipments are at the buyer's risk. This means that Amanvida is not responsible for damaged or lost returned items. Therefore, always send your package via a traceable shipment. For a quick and correct handling, it is important that you inform us in advance of your return shipment. You can do this by mail at info@amanvida.eu You return the article within the trial period of 14 days. This period starts the day after receiving your article. The article is complete and in its original packaging. -
What is DPD Pick-up?
DPD Pick-up is the solution to easily receive your packages. With a delivery in a pick-up parcel shop, you opt for the certainty to pick up your package when it best suits you, thanks to the flexible opening hours. All Pick-up Parcel Shops are at the very least open every Tuesday through Saturday. You can pick up your package within 8 days after it has been delivered at your chosen Pick-up Parcel Shop. After this, the package will be sent back to Amanvida. In this case, your order will need to be shipped once again with additional transport costs. How will my order be delivered?
All our packages are shipped with DPD (with exception of packages shipped to the U.S., which are shipped with Bpost). There are a variety of options: DPD Classic - Delivery to companies within Europe Within Europe we deliver your shipments after 1 to 6 working days, within Benelux the next working day. As a business customer you will receive an online proof of delivery (POD). Number of delivery attempts: 3 DPD Home - Delivery to consumers within Europe Within the Benelux we deliver within one working day, within the rest of Europe we deliver after 1 to 6 working days. You can always track your shipment through the online track & trace. Once your package has been delivered, you can view the delivery note online. Number of delivery attempts: 1, If you were not at home and your parcel was redirected to a Pickup Parcel Shop, you can find further information on the message that the driver left in your letterbox. In addition, you will be notified by e-mail / text message as soon as the parcel is available for pickup in the Pickup Parcel Shop. DPD Pickup - The easiest way to send, receive and return parcels within Europe Within the Benelux we deliver your package in one working day, in the rest of Europe after 1 to 6 working days. Pick up your parcel when it suits you best. Choose from more than 42,000 Pickup Parcel Shops in Europe, including 1,600 in the Benelux. Always close by and with long opening hours, including Saturdays! You will receive a message by e-mail or SMS when the parcel has been delivered to the Pickup Parcel Shop. This message contains the address and opening hours of the Pickup Parcel Shop. The shop will keep your parcel for 7 calendar days. After that it is returned to the sender. -
Can I have my order delivered at work?
Not at home during the normal delivery hours of our courier? You can use another delivery address.
When placing your order, it is possible to fill in a delivery address which is different from the billing address.
You can choose where you have your package delivered: at work, at your neighbours, a DPD Parcelshop, etc.

Why higher shipping costs for small orders?
Did you know that sending small orders is very harmful to the environment?
So the main reason is sustainability and environment.
Every order we send must of course be packed in a box, which must be filled with packaging material and sent.
We also use as much recycled packaging material as possible.
The shipping costs charged are only part of the actual cost of processing your order. Not only are there the costs that the carrier charges (postage), but also the costs of payment, packaging, padding materials, the invoice and, let's not forget, the labour costs.
You will soon find yourself with over €10.00 in processing costs.
In order not to burden the environment too much by sending lots of small parcels, we prefer to place one large order at a lower shipping cost than 10 small ones.

Do you package and ship in an eco-friendly manner? Why is my package sometimes so big?
Amanvida re-uses cardboard and paper from their suppliers when shipping your orders. As a result, the packaging may not always be the perfect size. This is our way of having the lowest impact as possible on the environment and it’s our way of contributing to a greener world.
Your package will be shipped with DPD. DPD strives to reduce or prevent environmental impact in every aspect of their company. DPD sees CO 2 reduction as one of their biggest challenges.
Total Zero is the DPD’s initiative to work in a CO 2 neutral way. This initiative has been operational since July of 2012 in DPD’s main markets. With Total Zero, DPD guarantees that each package is delivered in a CO 2 neutral way without having the customers pay extra. DPD takes its responsibility to minimize the impact on the environment and the planet very seriously. This is one most important reasons why we opted to partner with DPD.

Beschadigde of verkeerd geleverde artikelen
Is er een artikel beschadigd of hebben we het verkeerde item geleverd? Stuur binnen de 48 u na ontvangst een mailtje naar info@amanvida.eu met je naam, ordernummer en een afbeelding van het artikel waarbij iets mis is gegaan. Jouw Amanvida team neemt uiterlijk de volgende werkdag contact met je op, en doet er alles aan om dit zo snel mogelijk op te lossen. De kosten voor de terugzending zijn uiteraard voor onze rekening!

Can I become a reseller?
Are you interested in offering your customers products from Amanvida? Perhaps in your (medical) practice, business or online shop?
If you have a VAT number you can become a reseller and help others with their bio-lifestyle!
You can create an account via https://www.amanvida.eu/en/customer/account/create/ and fill in your VAT number. Please inform us via info@amanvida.eu and we will ensure that your account is changed to a ‘reseller account’.
After logging in, you will see your purchasing prices and the suggested retail price.
Useful information for a reseller:
- With the search function, you can find products online by name, brand or product number
- Ordering can be easily done online. Payments must always happen upfront.
- Delivery is free for orders of € 275 or more, with one delivery address
- The first order must amount to a minimum of € 275
- Only Amanvida sells via Amazon
