How do I change my password?

Once you have logged into your account (you can login here: https://www.amanvida.eu/en/customer/account/login/ ), go to ‘my account’ in the upper right hand corner. Under ‘contact information’, you will find the button ‘change password’.

After confirming your new password, you will receive two notifications: ‘Cannot save the customer’ and ‘The account information has been saved’. Your password has now been changed and you can start to shop online.

How do I make an account?

Go to https://www.amanvida.eu/en/customer/account/create/ to make your personal account. We don’t ask of too much information from you, just your name and email address.

Once registered, you can subscribe to our newsletter which is filled with our latest products, tips and lots of yummy recipes.

Are you an entrepreneur or ordering for your company? Enter your VAT number with the country code and numbers (without any punctuation). Your VAT number should be automatically validated. If you encounter any issues, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service. We will validate your VAT number for you.

As soon as your VAT number is validated, the 0% rate will automatically be applied to each purchase. The 0% rate only applies when shipping (exporting) to the Netherlands or other EU countries.

How can I subscribe or unsubscribe to the Amanvida newsletter?

Once you have logged in ( https://www.amanvida.eu/en/customer/account/login/ ), you will see the header ‘newsletters’. Here you can click to subscribe or unsubscribe from the newsletters you wish to receive.

Through our newsletter, we inform you about the latest products, give handy tips, delicious recipes and lots of other fun facts. We believe that an overflowing mailbox does not fit into a serene lifestyle, so we limit our newsletter mails to 1 to 2 mails per month.

After placing an order, you will always receive several informative mails, such as an email to confirm your order and the track & trace info once your order has been shipped. These are not related to the newsletter subscription.

How do I change my email address?

Once you have logged in ( https://www.amanvida.eu/en/customer/account/login/ ), you will find your email address under contact information. Click ‘edit’ to change your email address and then click save.

How do I request a new password?

Via https://www.amanvida.eu/en/customer/account/forgotpassword/ you can request a new password.

Did you forget which email address you used to login? No problem! Shoot us an email at info@amanvida.eu with the details you remember, such as your name, address, telephone… and we’ll look it up for you.

How do I change my address?

Once you have logged in ( https://www.amanvida.eu/en/customer/account/login/ ), you will see your addresses under ‘account information’. Here, you can change your standard billing and shipping address.

How can I order?

With each item, you see a green button below ‘Add to cart’:

By clicking this button, you put the article in your shopping cart. On the product pages, you can click on ‘Add to cart’, and you can choose the desired quantity:

You can check the content of your shopping cart on ‘My shopping cart’, top right of the page:

You can remove any article by clicking on the ‘ recycle bin”, to the right of each selected product.

When your shopping cart is ready, you can continue to order: Underneath “ grand total”, you can click on ‘Proceed to check-out’:

You will then be taken to the order summary, where you can complete your  data.

On this page, you fill in invoicing and delivery address. You can choose home delivery or a DPD Parcel Shop near you. Now you can check your delivery and choose a payment method:

If you wish, you can add remarks to your order.
If your order is a gift, you can add a message for the receiver. Click on option ‘Add a gift message to my order’. The message you enter will be written on a card and sent with the package.

Then, click on “Place your order”: your order will be forwarded and you will be taken to the secure payment environment.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

You have just finished your order, but you forgot something. Or you ‘ve changed your mind and you want to order something else? No problem whatsoever! Immediately contact us. As long as your order hasn’t left our warehouse, we can change or cancel it for you.

Has your order already left our warehouse? You can actively refuse the order. You just let us know you don’t want the order. As soon as we have received your return delivery, we’ll contact you to work out a solution.

 

Why do we use a refrigerated thermobox as packaging?

A couple of the products available on Amanvida have a limited shelf life and need to be transported in a cooled ‘environment’ (not frozen). For this reason, we ship these products in a specially designed thermal packaging made out of EPS packaging with insulated cooling elements placed inside as well.

For this type of shipment there is a surcharge of € 6 per order to (partially) cover the costs of the thermo packaging.

We ship fresh goods with this type of packaging to ensure the goods remain as fresh as possible until they are delivered. Upon receipt, we advise you to place these types of goods in the refrigerator immediately.

Amanvida.eu is no longer responsible for the freshness of your delivery, if the first delivery attempt has failed.

Do I have to take refrigeration into account when placing my order?

No, our system ensures that when ordering any products which require cooled transport that the thermo packaging is added to your cart automatically. (Surcharge of € 6). As soon as you order one cooled product, the other products of your order will also be shipped in the thermo packaging.

Can I also order without thermo packaging?

As soon as one or more items from your order require cooling, we will ship it in thermo packaging. Any other products from your order will also be shipped in this packaging.

What do I do with all this packaging material and the cooling elements? Can I return these?

We are aware that this is a bunch of junk and trash, but this is an unfortunate disadvantage of a webshop. The thermo packaging and the cooling elements are, however, recyclable. You can also use it yourself for e.g. a picnic or other similar occasions.

It is our goal to find other affordable packaging options. Alternatively, we are considering a system whereby packaging can be fully or partially reused (e.g. a system with a deposit).

At Amanvida we consider the environment extremely important and we strive to minimize our impact on it. If we find a solution, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. And any tips or ideas are always welcome!

When can I expect my Seitan order?

Does your order have only Seitan products? Or did you order a combination of Seitan products and other brands? We will ship your order the following Monday or Tuesday.

Seitan is a cooled product. We ship your Seitan in a cooled thermobox that guarantees the right temperature for 5 days long. (+6 euros per shipment).

To avoid that your package is in transit for longer than 5 days, we ship orders with Seitan products only on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Can I pick-up my order?

Unfortunately, Amanvida does not have a store where you can pick up your order. However, many of the Amanprana products can be found in the local nature/bio shops.

Don’t hesitate to contact us for an overview of the point of sales in your neighbourhood.

Can I change the delivery address after receiving the order confirmation?

Did you notice that the delivery address is wrong after completing your order?? Unfortunately, you cannot change this yourself anymore. Please contact us as soon as possible via info@amanvida.eu with the correct delivery address and order number. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can still change the address.

Can I have my package delivered in a parcelshop?

Amanvida has partnered with DPD for their delivery service.

You can have your package delivered in a DPD parcelshop.

By having your package delivered in a Pick-up Parcel Shop, you will have the certainty that your package is available to pick-up when it suits you best thanks to the flexible opening hours.

All Pick-up Parcel shops are at very least open every Tuesday to Saturday.

Your package will be stored at the parcelshop for 8 days after it has been delivered. After this, your package will be sent back to us. In this case, the package needs to be sent to you once again, with additional shipping costs.

When will my order arrive?

Ordered and paid before 13 o’clock (CEST)? Your order will be packed and handed to our courier the same day. DPD tries to ensure that every package for Belgium, Luxemburg and the Netherlands is delivered the next day!

Orders with Seitan products are shipped only on Mondays and Tuesdays.

How can I pay my order?

Paying at Amanvida is done in a secure payment environment. Any transaction you conduct via Amanvida is secured by SSL, which stands for Secure Sockets Layer. The URL, preceded by https:// shows it is a safe page.

 

All online payment are handled by MultiSafepay, a payment service provider who specializes in safe handling of internet payments.

Payment failed or refused?

Is your creditcard declined?

You would like to place an order and pay with a credit card, but you receive a message that your card has been refused. We want you to receive your package as much as you do, but we sincerely hope you understand that we have to carry out checks, for both our and your safety. When your credit card is refused, we will immediately reimburse the reserved amount. You can then simply replace your order.

  • Your iDEAL payment failed?

Did your payment via iDEAL fail? Please check whether the amount was withdrawn from your account.

The amount was not withdrawn? You can place a new order immediately. The payment was not processed.

The amount has been withdrawn from your account but you still have not received a confirmation mail one hour after placing your order? Look up your order number. This number is always mentioned in the details of the withdrawal in your banking records. Please contact our customer service and provide us with the order number. We will assist you further.

How do I redeem my gift certificate or discount code?

How can I receive my order if I am not at home during the day?

You can have your order delivered at a Pick-up Parcel shop delivery point in your neighborhood.
You can pick up your parcel during opening hours at a time that suits you (also on Saturday and sometimes even Sunday morning). 

You can pick up your package within 8 days after delivery in your chosen Pickup parcel shop. After that, your package is sent back to Amanvida.

Gave your own address, but you're not at home?
The DPD employee will drop by one time with your parcel.
If you’re not at home on this visit, you will be notified by the DPD employee by means of a note in your letter box.

Will I be kept informed of the status of my order?

Yes, we make sure you know where your package is at any given time in the delivery process. After placing your order and executing payment, you automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order and payment..  

As soon as your parcel is on the way, you receive another e-mail.

In addition, you can log in on our web shop, using your account details and follow your parcel through the web shop itself.

I have not yet received my package. Has it been sent?

As soon as your parcel leaves with DPD you receive a confirmation via e-mail.

In case you have missed the e-mail, you can still check the status of your delivery via the Amanvida account. 
Click on My Account link at the top right, log in using user name and password and click on “My orders”, you will see the status of your order and delivery.

How long does it take for my package to be delivered?

Your order will always be delivered as soon as possible. 
When placing an order before 1 pm, your package will be sent out the very same day.

The delivery of your package normally takes 1 to 2 days. Seitan is only shipped on Mondays.

It might take a bit longer during holidays, public holidays and sales periods.

Unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control  (strikes, extremely poor weather conditions,..) may delay the shipment and delivery of your order.

What is DPD Pick-up?

DPD Pick-up is the solution to easily receive your packages.

With a delivery in a pick-up parcel shop, you opt for the certainty to pick up your package when it best suits you, thanks to the flexible opening hours.

All Pick-up Parcel Shops are at the very least open every Tuesday through Saturday.

You can pick up your package within 8 days after it has been delivered at your chosen Pick-up Parcel Shop. After this, the package will be sent back to Amanvida. In this case, your order will need to be shipped once again with additional transport costs.

Will I be informed about the status of my order??

Yes, we will make sure that you always know the status of your order.

After you have placed your order and completed the payment, you will receive an automatic mail with confirmation of your order and payment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another mail with the track & trace information.

If you log in to your account (at the upper right hand corner), you can see the status of your order and follow your package as well.

How will my order be delivered?

All our packages are shipped with DPD (with exception of packages shipped to the U.S., which are shipped with Bpost).

There are a variety of options:

DPD Classic - Delivery to companies within Europe

 

  1. Within Europe we deliver your shipments after 1 to 6 working days, within Benelux the next working day.
  2. As a business customer you will receive an online proof of delivery (POD).
  3. Number of delivery attempts: 3

 

DPD Home - Delivery to consumers within Europe

 

  1. Within the Benelux we deliver within one working day, within the rest of Europe we deliver after 1 to 6 working days.
  2. You can always track your shipment through the online track & trace. Once your package has been delivered, you can view the delivery note online.
  3. Number of delivery attempts: 1, If you were not at home and your parcel was redirected to a Pickup Parcel Shop, you can find further information on the message that the driver left in your letterbox. In addition, you will be notified by e-mail / text message as soon as the parcel is available for pickup in the Pickup Parcel Shop.

 

DPD Pickup - The easiest way to send, receive and return parcels within Europe

 

  1. Within the Benelux we deliver your package in one working day, in the rest of Europe after 1 to 6 working days.
  2. Pick up your parcel when it suits you best.
  3. Choose from more than 42,000 Pickup Parcel Shops in Europe, including 1,600 in the Benelux. Always close by and with long opening hours, including Saturdays!
  4. You will receive a message by e-mail or SMS when the parcel has been delivered to the Pickup Parcel Shop. This message contains the address and opening hours of the Pickup Parcel Shop.
  5. The shop will keep your parcel for 7 calendar days. After that it is returned to the sender.

 

Can I have my order delivered at work?

Not at home during the normal delivery hours of our courier? You can use another delivery address.

When placing your order, it is possible to fill in a delivery address which is different from the billing address.

You can choose where you have your package delivered: at work, at your neighbours, a DPD Parcelshop, etc.

How can I receive my package when I’m not home throughout the day?

You can have your order delivered in a Pick-up Parcel shop in your neighbourhood.

You can then pick it up during opening hours when it suits you best (also on Saturdays and sometimes even on Sunday mornings).

You can pick up your package within 8 days after delivery in the chosen Pickup parcelshop. After this the package will be sent back to Amanvida and the package will need to be sent once again (with additional shipping costs).

You filled in your own address, but you’re not home?

The DPD delivery man or woman will attempt to deliver once.

If you’re not home when DPD tries to deliver your package, you will be informed with a letter in your mailbox with instructions on where to pick up the package.

I still haven’t received my order? Has it been shipped?

When your package has been shipped with DPD, you will receive a confirmation mail with the track & trace information.

If you haven’t received this email, you can check the status of your order in your Amanvida account. Log in or click ‘my account’ in the upper right hand corner. There, you will see the status of your order.

Can I have my order delivered as a gift directly to the birthday boy or girl?

Of course! When placing your order, you can fill in the name and the delivery address of the lucky recipient!

You can even write a personal message, that we will print into a fun card and add to the order.

Click ‘Add a gift message to my order’ when checking your order during the check-out procedure.

Why higher shipping costs for small orders?

Did you know that sending small orders is very harmful to the environment?

So the main reason is sustainability and environment. 

Every order we send must of course be packed in a box, which must be filled with packaging material and sent.
We also use as much recycled packaging material as possible.
The shipping costs charged are only part of the actual cost of processing your order. Not only are there the costs that the carrier charges (postage), but also the costs of payment, packaging, padding materials, the invoice and, let's not forget, the labour costs.
You will soon find yourself with over €10.00 in processing costs.


In order not to burden the environment too much by sending lots of small parcels, we prefer to place one large order at a lower shipping cost than 10 small ones.

Do you package and ship in an eco-friendly manner? Why is my package sometimes so big?

Amanvida re-uses cardboard and paper from their suppliers when shipping your orders. As a result, the packaging may not always be the perfect size. This is our way of having the lowest impact as possible on the environment and it’s our way of contributing to a greener world.

Your package will be shipped with DPD. DPD strives to reduce or prevent environmental impact in every aspect of their company. DPD sees CO 2 reduction as one of their biggest challenges.

Total Zero is the DPD’s initiative to work in a CO 2 neutral way. This initiative has been operational since July of 2012 in DPD’s main markets. With Total Zero, DPD guarantees that each package is delivered in a CO 2 neutral way without having the customers pay extra. DPD takes its responsibility to minimize the impact on the environment and the planet very seriously. This is one most important reasons why we opted to partner with DPD.

Return policy

Damaged or wrongly delivered items

We always pack and send our articles with the utmost care. If you do notice a damaged or wrongly delivered article, you can return the article to us at any time within 14 days from delivery.

Is a product damaged or did we deliver the wrong product?
Please contact us immediately* via info@amanvida.eu with your name, order number and a picture of the damaged/wrong product. The Amanvida team will contact you the next working day at the latest and do everything possible to resolve this issue. The costs for the return of these products are of course for us!

* 15 days after receiving the products at the latest

We will refund the cost of the article as well as the shipping costs, or send you the correct or new item.

How do I return a product?

If you are not satisfied with your product, then you are entitled to return it to us within 14 workdays. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Use info@amanvida.eu to get in touch with us so that we are aware you are returning a product to us.
  2. When sending a product back, enclose the completed returns form in the box. The form can be found at  HERE .
  3. Print and complete the returns form and place it in the box together with the articles you are returning.
  4. Send the package, using a traceable shipment, to:

  5. As soon as we have received the returned package and processed it, you will receive a confirmation email from us and your refund will be made as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days.

Terms of Return

  • Return shipments are at the risk of the buyer. Amanvida is not responsible for damage or loss of the products on their way back to us. Always send your package via a traceable shipment.
  • For a quick and correct resolution, please inform us before you ship the items you wish to return. This can be done via the contact form on our website or by emailing us at info@amanvida.eu .
  • Please put the return form in the package you will send back to us. This form can be downloaded HERE .
  • Returning items is only possible for 15 days after receipt. These 15 days start the first day after receiving your package.
  • The item must be complete and in its original packaging.

Can I become a reseller?

Are you interested in offering your customers products from Amanvida? Perhaps in your (medical) practice, business or online shop?

If you have a VAT number you can become a reseller and help others with their bio-lifestyle!

You can create an account via https://www.amanvida.eu/en/customer/account/create/ and fill in your VAT number. Please inform us via info@amanvida.eu and we will ensure that your account is changed to a ‘reseller account’.

After logging in, you will see your purchasing prices and the suggested retail price.

Useful information for a reseller:

  • With the search function, you can find products online by name, brand or product number
  • Ordering can be easily done online. Payments must always happen upfront.
  • Delivery is free for orders of € 275 or more, with one delivery address
  • The first order must amount to a minimum of € 275
  • Only Amanvida sells via Amazon
