In 1994, the first fully Italian rice milk was created. The passion and enthuisiasm of this family-owned company, in combination with their perserverance and research, led them to 'The Bridge' as we know it today, having a wide range of top-quality grain drinks. All products are 100% certified organic and conform with European guidelines.
This means that the raw agricultural materials used are grown organically without any use of chemical additives and / or fertilizers. 'The Bridge' is also IFS certified, a stardard for high food quality and safety. Water: the first quality criterion! The geographical location of The Bridge gives it a unique and unmissable advantage because they can make use of local, natural and high-quality water. In the Natural Park of the Lessini Mountains, 450 meters above level, flows the water they use for the production of their grain drinks. Already in the 19th century this water was known for its quality and this is what gives their products its unique and exceptional characteristics. The use of this water is as important as the main ingredient of each of their drinks.
