This simple and best-loved tomato sauce is prepared just like at home. Organic tomato puree and tomato pulp are added to a light stir-fry, followed by Genovese basil and extra virgin olive oil. This creates a delicious aromatic sauce, free of additives and sugar.

Recipe Pasta with Tomato sauce with basil, mozzarella and vegetables
INGREDIENTS (2 pers.)
250g pasta (of your choice)
1 zucchini
1 Eggplant
2 peppers (yellow and red)
1 stem celery
Half a teaspoon of dried pepper flakes
Sphere buffalo mozzarella
1 pot of tomato sauce with basil
Salt and olive oil
PREPARATION
Cut the zucchini, eggplant and peppers into slices. Heat a layer of olive oil in a large frying pan. Put the vegetables in the pan and fry for about 7 minutes. Cut the celery into slices and add them to the other vegetables after a few minutes. Add the dried pepper, salt to taste and a dash of olive oil. Cut the mozzarella into pieces and stir in the vegetables.
