Cocoa nibs are tiny chunks of pure cocoa bean and contain less sugar than, for example, chocolate. They add texture and a crunchy bite to yoghurt, muesli and smoothie bowls. With their intense cocoa flavour, cocoa nibs are also delicious as a topping on pancakes, ice cream and other desserts.

What are cocoa nibs?
After cocoa beans have been harvested, they undergo a fermentation process and are left in the sun to dry. After that, the cocoa beans are roasted and their husks removed. The cocoa beans then fall apart into little pieces, i.e. delicious cocoa nibs.
