A ready-made sauce, perfect for real Italian pasta dishes, such as Orecchiette.. A versatile speciality with a deep, rich taste, without any additives, 100% natural and organic.
Pasta sauce with tomato purée and pecorino is Italian indulgence at its finest
To make this delicious pasta sauce, chopped onions are fried in extra virgin olive oil until golden brown, then tomato passata of the finest Italian tomatoes are added. The other ingredients are added next, including 4% pecorino cheese. This Italian sheep's cheese is full-bodied and piquant in flavour and rather salty. This is because the cheese is washed with seawater during the preparation process.
