Use | Sencha should be made of whole tealeaves: use 3 grams of sencha (that's about 2 teaspoons) per cup of 90ml of water, but less if you like limp tea. The water must have boiled, but it is better to let it cool down to 80°C before you use it. Let it steep for 2-3 minutes. In the summer cold sencha is also delicious. Sencha should be kept dark and dry and preferably consumed within 3 months. |
