IL PICCOLINO by Funghi Valentina are baby mushrooms, which are just born, blanched and put in vinegar and oil. They are then seasoned with garlic and parsley for a distinct Mediterranean flavour. Try the Piccolino with bruschetta and aperitif, with cold cuts and spiced cheeses or with meat dishes.

Organic small mushrooms on olive oil in glass

The organic, small mushrooms are selected with the greatest care and packed in a glass jar in olive oil after preparation. In this jar these white mushrooms will keep for months. Once opened, the jar should preferably be kept cool and the contents consumed within a few days.
