Ingredients	per daily dose of 20 g: 16 g blond psyllium or psyllium husk (Plantago ovata), finely ground seed pods 3.95 g partially hydrolyzed guar gum (Cyamoposis tetragonoloba) ( SUNFIBER® ) 0.05 g Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM® supplying 10 billion viable human intestinal flora bacteria
Use	Stir a heaped tablespoon (10 g) into a glass of lukewarm water, fruit juice or vegetable juice twice a day and drink. Preferably drink another glass of water afterwards. To certainly prevent the formation of a slimy mass: place the heaped tablespoon of psyllium in an empty jar, add a glass of water, close the jar, shake briefly several times and drink the contents immediately. Afterwards, refill the jar with water, close it, shake it and drink it. Not to be taken at the same time as medicines or other nutritional supplements.
