Organic pecans have a nutty, sweet taste and contain plenty of vitamin B and zinc. If you eat around 25 grams of pecans a day, you'll be getting a quarter of the daily recommended amount of zinc. Pecans come from a tree in the walnut family, which can grow up to 40 to 50 metres tall. Pecans resemble walnuts in appearance, texture and taste.
