What is the blackstrap molasses in TerraSana liquorice?

Blackstrap molasses is a by-product of cane sugar production. It contains the same rich nutrients as cane sugar but with a much lower sugar content. The sugar cane is crushed and boiled, creating sugar cane syrup. Once it’s been boiled for a second time you get molasses, and after the third boiling you get blackstrap molasses.

Vegan snack with a twist?

‘Snack’ might be an overstatement for these black sweets, but they do contain important nutrients such as B vitamins and iron (from the blackstrap molasses), making them a valuable addition to your diet.
