Bertyn is a small Belgian family business that has been making seitan in an authentic way since 1992, a protein-rich substitute for meat and fish. In 2020 it was time for something new: Bertyn SNACK. Bertyn developed a number of vegetarian snacks that can make a drink moment unforgettable. Veggie bitterballen and veggie croquettes, full of flavor and without meat or fish. This rich, expertly seasoned stock is bound by the grand masters into a firm ragout. After resting, where the delicious flavors of the herbs and spices can take effect, the croquettes and bitterballen are formed. A delicate affair and a challenge to contrast the creamy filling with the crispy crust.
