Recipe Fusilloni with sun-dried tomatoes and artichoke hearts

INGREDIENTS

500g Pasta Fusilloni MATT
200g artichoke hearts Bio Orto, drained
150g sun-dried tomatoes in pieces
2 small courgettes, in slanted pieces
3 spring onions, in rings
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, grated
salt and pepper

PREPARATION

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging. Fry the spring onion and zucchini in olive oil for about 5 minutes. Drain the pasta, stir in the sun-dried tomatoes and add the Parmigiano Reggiano. Then mix in the vegetables and artichokes. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
