The lemon eucalyptus is an evergreen tree of 25 to 50 meters high that owes its name to its lemon-scented leaves. The leaves are long (up to 16 centimeters), narrow and sharply flared.

How do you use this essential oil?

• Massage: Mix 3 to 5 drops of lemon eucalyptus essential oil with a neutral vegetable oil (coconut oil, almond oil) and massage the sensitive areas or apply with a warm compress.
• To soothe sensitive muscles and joints: use 2 drops lemon eucalyptus + 2 drops lavendin + 1 drop wintergreen in a neutral oil.
• In the bath: Mix 10 drops of lemon-eucalyptus in a bath, preferably pre-diluted in a suitable emulsifier (e.g. neutral bath oil).
• Spraying / evaporating: evaporate for 1/2 hour to 1 hour in the living space. Refreshes and purifies the atmosphere and helps keep insects away.
