Ladrôme essential oil - black spruce

The black spruce is a pyramidal conifer (up to 25 m tall) native to Canada and the northern states of the United States. Typical of the black spruce are the branches, which become increasingly drooping as they age, and the purple cones, which turn brown when mature. The black spruce produces an essential oil with a fresh, resinous, balsamic scent.

How do you use this essential oil?

• Massage: mix 3 to 4 drops of essential oil with vegetable oil (coconut oil, almond oil or olive oil) for a local massage

• Spraying / evaporating: spray in the living areas for fifteen to 30 minutes.

• sauna: add 10 to 15 drops to the infusion water.
