The eucalyptus globules or Tasmanian blue gum tree is a large tree that can grow up to 100m in its native habitat. The older leaves, which are loaded with essential oil, are firm, elongated and green in color. The essential oil has many useful applications in aromatherapy.

How do you use this essential oil?

• Massage: take some neutral vegetable oil in the palm of your hand and dilute 5 to 6 drops in it. Depending on the affected area, massage on the throat, back, chest or around the ear.
• Steam bath: dilute 2 drops of each of the following essential oils in a bowl of hot water: eucalyptus globulus + thyme CT thymol + true lavender + Scots pine. Inhale two to three times a day for a week.
• Spraying / evaporating: spray for 10 to 15 minutes
