Lilifruit rehydrated dried apricots have such a soft texture that they practically melt on your tongue! Lilifruit achieves this effect by soaking dried organic apricots from Turkey in water. The fruits are slowly rehydrated during a traditional process. 

After they have rehydrated, the apricots are packed in a handy resealable stand-up bag. Finally, they are pasteurised inside the stand-up bag to preserve their pure, fresh flavour. You can taste that the quality is much better than that of ordinary dried apricots.
